*These are net rates and shall be negotiated individually and paid directly to the service provider.

***Simultaneous interpretation is always provided in pairs, or even by three interpreters, depending on the complexity.
Additional explanatory notes
Suggested cancelation rates:
4-5 days prior to event:
30% of total estimate for interpreting fees
2-3 days prior to event:
50% of total estimate for interpreting fees
1 day prior to event or on the same day:
100% of total estimate for interpreting fees
Overtime remuneration:
Should an exceptional situation arise where interpreters agree to assist the client with overtime, it is suggested that the performed work does not last longer than an extra hour and that they be remunerated at a rate of 1,5 times their hourly rate.
